Update to the Subscribe & Save program

The current subscription service offered by Martha Stewart CBD will be ending as of July 30, 2024.

Subscriptions scheduled to ship on or before July 29th will be fulfilled, while those set to ship on July 30th and beyond will not be processed. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and look forward to restarting the subscription service at a later date.

When will Subscribe & Save be available on the website?

Subscribe & Save is on pause for new subscribers. Current subscribers will continue to receive their subscriptions until July 29th, 2024. Unfortunately, the subscription service will be canceled as of July 30th, 2024. We do hope to bring it as a service offering in the near future

How do I change the delivery date? Or change how often I receive my CBD?

Your routine changes. And it’s simple to have your Martha Stewart CBD subscription change along with it. You can update your subscription frequency at any time but within three (3) days prior to your scheduled delivery. Access your subscription portal through Passwordless Login or by contacting our Customer Care team and we’ll be happy to help.  Coming soon, you will have direct access to modify your subscription

How do I cancel a subscription?

To cancel a subscription, access your subscription portal through Passwordless Login or ontact our Customer Care team.

Please make sure to cancel your subscription at least three (3) days before your next scheduled shipping date. If you cancel a subscription after a shipment arrives, you’ll be billed for that shipment and your subscription will be canceled before your next shipment.

How does subscription pricing work?

When you subscribed to a product, you received a discounted price that will be applied every time the product ships to you.

How can I update my payment method?

Access your subscription portal through Passwordless Login or by contacting our Customer Care team and we’ll be happy to help.  Coming soon, you will be able to modify your subscription via direct access.

How can I update my shipping address?

To update your shipping address, please contact our Customer Care team. Please note that changes to your shipping address must be submitted at least three (3) days before your next scheduled shipping date to ensure that your order is properly processed. 

Will I be notified of every subscription charge?

Absolutely. Subscribers will receive an email from us three (3) days before their card is charged and then again once their payment has been processed.

Can I add a discount code to my subscription order?

Subscribers get discounts on the price of their order every time they buy. Promtional offers excludes subscriptions and bundles. Subcriptions do not apply to bundles. Shipping applies to subcriptions orders.
